Job Description:

- Must have at least 5 years of experience

- 5+ years- hands-on experience being part of and performing application support activities with Radiology Information systems - including 3 or more of

- GE

- Philips

- Siemens

- Meditech

- CPSI

- Flexible to work in shifts and/or be available on-call beyond the shift hours.

- Wherever required, interface with EMR systems to resolve issues.

- Be accountable for own results within the Radiology group of applications.

- Global (onsite offshore) delivery model experience preferred.

- Work with vendor teams performing work on enhancements and development of new features, including liaising with the vendor and validating the solution provided by the vendor.

- Participating in upgrades and enhancements, as dictated by business needs.

- Liaise with Customer representatives to decide course of action for application tickets.

- Troubleshoot performance, configuration and workflow issues on the applications.

- End-to-end ownership of the work assigned and flexibility to be on call based on business need.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Resourceful and being able to work in a team environment.
