Education : Graduate with Masters/ Diploma in Hospital Administration / Health Management

Job Role :

- The role of Regional Manager will aim to provide inspiration and guidance to our service managers and teams across multiple sites, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur,

- You will be responsible for providing operational leadership and expertise across the region, moving between strategic tasks and looking at the finer details of operational services e.g. staffing levels, deployment, cost control and recruitment.

- Direction and leadership to support with managing incidents and appropriate follow-up with stakeholders.

- You will lead, coach and mentor Service Managers in all areas of operations and service delivery ensuring the strategic plan and vision are rolled out across your region.

- Supporting the operations management team in monitoring all aspects of the services across your region, you will be responsible for overseeing governance ensuring appropriate mechanisms are in place to monitor compliance and assure the executive team that quality standards are being met.

- The successful candidate would have responsibility of managing 3 branches- Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur,

- Responsible for organizing and overseeing the health services, planning, directing, and daily activities of hospital or healthcare facility.

- hard-core working experience in Business Operation Management in Patient Practice or Medical business Operations in Hospital/ Health Care

- To ensure smooth functioning of Patient Care Services / Medical Administration to ensure that proper procedures are in place for efficient Admission, management & Discharge of patients Ensure timely discharge of In patients

- You will provide strong leadership which will motivate your teams, deliver performance against targets, promote a culture of transparency and drive continuous improvement.

- Responsible for monitoring standardized processes for administration/ operations of given departments.

- candidate must have previous operational experience with a proven track record within home care, Hospital/Healthcare

- Working across all homes in your region - Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, you will ensure each one provides high standards of customer care and services in line with company policy, customer expectations, service level
