Registered Nurse (3-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with the prescribed medical regimen.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, and patient families.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and interpret results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, diet, and aftercare.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the comfort and emotional support of patients.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Thorough knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Strong understanding of emergency care and first aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Proficient in using hospital management systems and basic computer skills.
