Job Summary

Looking for Relationship Officer (for Patients) with minimum 3 years of work experience on FULL time basis.

Location - Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata

Roles & Responsibilities

- Be present in Co. Hospitals and Clinics to ensure coordination of communication between patients (and families) with medical staff (and doctors)

- Provide patients and families with information on hospital services, procedures and protocols

- Respond to patient inquiries regarding physicians, doctors and medical services

- Analyze and interpret patient account data and facilitate payments

- Respond to patients- complaints regarding hospital services and ensure that concerns are handled properly

- Assist patients with problems associated with hospital registration and admission

- Provide support by establishing payment arrangements for uninsured or underinsured patients

- Ensure that all concerns and complaints are directed to the concerned personnel within the hospital

- Perform crisis intervention duties with a view to facilitate resolutions

- Effect changes within the hospital system to ensure that patient experience is enhanced

- Suggest improvements to present hospital systems in a bid to make the system more workable

- Provide feedback to patients and families regarding their concerns and complaints

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications :

Qualification -

Bachelor's (Minimum)

Experience - Min. 3 years of relevant experience

Skills : 

- Should have very good communication and writing skills, convincing ability, and pleasant personality.

- Great Influencing and pitching capability

- Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel

- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
