What is Smart Point- Pharmacy?

Reliance plans to open thousands of small outlets called Reliance Smart Points in various cities in neighbourhoods as part of its omni-channel play.

Reliance Smart point has launched Pharmacy services in all the Smart Point store. It is a smaller avatar of a (supermarket chain) Smart store with presence in residential neighbourhoods with smart price promise offering daily needs to pharmacy products at discounted rates.

Job Description:

- Check prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient.

- Dispense the medicines as per the prescription.

- Bill the medicines dispensed and collect cash.

- Check the expiry date and batch number of the medicine and compare it with the bill entry.

- Contacting referring physicians offices with questions over prescription.

- Maintaining inventory of the medicines dispensed.

- Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication.

- Handle customer queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution.

- Record all pharmacy transactions and keeping cash registers up-to-date.

- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.

- Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers medical details.

Job Location: Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Chennai, Tiruppur, Erode.

Job Type: Permanent / Full time (ON ROLE)

Salary:

Freshers - 2 LPA

Experienced - Depends on last salary not more than 3L

Candidate pre-requisites:

- Freshers to Max 5 Years of relevant experience.

- Age limit up to 35

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts

- flexible to work across TN

- Diploma in Pharmacy D. PHARMA / Bachelor in Pharmacy B. PHARMA.

- Candidate must have Pharmacist Registration Certificate/License & that should not be attached anywhere
