Resident Medical Officer - Hospital - MBBS (1-10 yrs)
RMO - ICU - MBBS - INDIAN PASSOUT -
Exp - 2 + year
Work - They need to work as Jr.Doctor on round the clock shift,
- In ICU with complete ICU experience with covid positive patients
- Full Protection will be there for all doctors.
Health Insurance of Rs. 100000 will be given with cashless facility.
Life Insurance of Rs .1 cr. will be given in case any death due to covid to their family.
Shift will be - 8 hours in rotation with 1 roaster off every week
- After duty they can go to their home normally
- No hostel, No food
It will be a year work contract where everybody's performance will be reviewed after every 3 months.
