Job Responsibilities;
- To ensure the smooth functioning and order lines of the clinical Pathology.
- Reporting the physical, chemical and microscopic evaluation of Clinical pathology specimen
- Supervision of the smooth functioning of lab thereby ensuring the timely delivery of reports of Clinical pathology Lab.
- Supervision of the handling of urgent patient sample and their reporting
- Teaching and training; guiding the technicians and training them in the correct use of various methods.
- Giving the weekly feedback of the performance of Clinical pathology lab to the doctors
- Responsible for implementation of various quality procedures in Clinical pathology Lab as per NABl requirement.
- Validation of result: the worksheets of pathology lab unit shall be validated for final reporting
- Developing new techniques as and when required with discussion with the establishment
- Maintenance and up gradation of SOP and consultation with quality/technical manager of lab.
