Position : Nurse Educator
Location : Delhi
Specialization :
- To plan implement, and evaluate departmental orientation and educational activities for Nursing personnel and monitor ongoing professional development of Nurses.
Orientation Programme:
- Planning, preparing & conducting the Nursing - Hospital Orientation Programme for Entrees (HOPE), ensuring the etiquette & following them in their respective units.
- Designing, developing & maintaining the materials used in educational programme in relevant to target audience.
- Coordinating with the Supervisors for organizing the Intensive as well as the functional training programme.
- Assisting learners in assessment of training needs.Principles, procedures, methods and techniques of nursing and health care.
- Modern practices and principles of medical disease counseling.
- Basic management practices and principles.
- Principles and procedures of medical record keeping.
- Universal precautions and infection control practices.
Qualification : GNM/DNC/BSC Nursing & Above
