Scientist - Molecular Biology (4-8 yrs)
- Design of molecular constructs for expression in a suitable host system.
- Identify and verify the authenticity of the molecules by sequence, product quality.
- Knowledge of genetic manipulation of both mammalian and microbial cells.
- Strong knowledge of mol bio and cell bio technique as cloning, expression analysis RT-PCR, PAGE, copy number determination, quantitative PCR, southern,northern, and western blots.
- Clone development, screening of clone and sequencing.
- Should hold strong, Cross-functional managerial skills.
- M.Sc Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry with 1-3 yrs relevant experience is required
