Position: Section Head (Microbiology)
Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Experience: Min 5 Yrs.
Work Profile:
- Expert hands at: Laminar air flow, Autoclave, Colony counter, Microscope, Air Sampler.
- Microbial limit Test & its validation.
- Water validation.
- Microbial Analysis of all finished goods, raw material, Primary packing material by Swab method, contact plate method and rinse method.
- GPT testing (By growth promoting and inhibiting properties)
- Autoclave validation
- Daily online documentation for microbiology dept.
- Daily calibration of instruments like weighing balance, analytical balance, pH meter etc.
- To maintain good housekeeping in laboratory areas.
- Reporting to QC manager about daily activities
- Preparation of SOP's.
- Area monitoring cum environmental monitoring
- Sub culturing of Pathogens as per its classification scheme.
- Personal hygiene monitoring by finger dab method.
- Surface area monitoring
- Drainage swab analysis
- Validation of disinfectant.
- Calibration of Colony Counter, Laminar air flow, micropipettes and microscope.
- Computer Skills( MS Office, ERP)
