Senior Care Manager - Hospital (2-10 yrs)
Designation: Sr. Care Manager
Working Days: Six Days

Job Location: Duraisamy Road, T Nagar, Chennai - 600017
Job Responsibilities:
Pre-onboarding:
- Organise assessment & sign up contract
- Put together a team of caregivers for the particular elder
- Brief & orient Care Manager for the elder
Daily Operations:
- Regular Followup with Care Managers & ensure they are following all systems & processes
- Monitor and assess movements of Associates
- Receive reports and assess them
- Intervene and take action in case of escalations & emergencies
Training:
- To get regular feedback from elders & their caregivers to ascertain level of customer satisfaction
- To assess performance of team and plan training interventions time to time
- Assess performance of Associates and give feedback for improvement on a time to time basis
