Senior Clinical Analyst - Oncology (0-1 yrs)
Job description :
We are looking for clinically sharp medical graduates interested in oncology to assist in building our data model for cancer case summaries, assist in clinical training of analysts, and in quality control and processing of final reports for doctors and patients. The candidate should be research oriented, a team player, and able to understand clinical algorithms and the nuances of treatment assessment and planning well
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding and interpreting patient medical reports
- Indexing and annotating cases into the Patient databases
- Searching evidence and guidelines appropriate for the patient's, sending case summaries to experts, interpreting expert responses, taking leadership of high complexity cases, and turnaround times to patients.
- Mentoring junior hires in low, medium and high complexity case
- Quality analysis /Approval of all kinds of cases
- Draft experience based reports and finalize for high complex cases Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS) and/ or any further specialization.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset.
- High level thinking and decision making
- Creative ideas to improve and streamline the process.
- Ability to identify and resolve constraints in order to improve operational function and quality enhancement
- Be flexible and available to resolve team constraints.
- May have a leadership attitude to accomplish a project
- Corporate experience working for a healthcare org will be of added benefit.
