Senior Fermentation Scientist/Manager - Biopharmaceutical Industry (4-8 yrs)
She/he must have hands-on Biopharmaceutical industry experience in -
a) Development of MAB / Fusion protein / glycoprotein fermentation processes at 0.1ltr scale to 50ltr scale with CHO cells
b) PAT tools, Analysis, de-bottlenecking of processes developed and results obtained
c) Hands on experience in media optimisation, shake flask studies and cell banking
d) Maintaining GLP records, identifying and incorporating the latest fermentation technologies into development programs for existing and new molecules
e) Technology transfer from laboratory scale to pilot scale
f) Experience with multi-parallel fermentation units (AMBR/DASGIP etc) and disposable bioreactors upto 50 ltr (apart from typical 10ltr glass vessels) will be a definite advantage.
Individual will also be expected to document work in laboratory notebook.
