Job Description :Currently, We are urgently looking for a Senior Medical Coder/Senior Associate in Yeshwanthpur- Bangalore.

Designation : Senior Medical Coder/Senior Associate

Responsibilities :

- Review and verify documentation for diagnoses, procedures, and treatment results.

- Identify diagnostic and procedural information.

- Assignment of CPT, ICD, Modifiers for the Urgent care & Outpatient Records.

- Requirement gathering for Automation of Urgent care records.

- Annotation of the input data for the AI Model to train and testing the predictions for the accuracy following various quality matrices.

- Testing of the predictions results generated by AI and change implementation.

- Abstracting and refining Procedure and Dx info from the EHR to mappable codes.

- Ensure all medical records are filed and processed correctly.

- Research and analyze data needs for reimbursement.

Requirements and Skills :

- 3+ years of work experience as a Medical Coder.

- Must have worked in Urgent Care and other Outpatient E/M Coding.

- Work experience in Coding Labs, Diagnostic Radiology, and other Ancillary Services.

- Must be a certified coder approved by AAPC or AHIMA.

- Proficient computer skills.

- Expertise in Excel, Pivoting and creating reports.

- Must have worked in multiple EHRs, ecW and

- Experity work experience is preferred.

- Attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary Offered: 5.5 LPA - 6 LPA Max.
