Senior Medical Information Manager - Content Creation & Delivery (8-10 yrs)

Medical Information provides medical leadership with market participation and connectivity while also impacting the life cycle planning and execution of all products.

To accomplish these goals for our clients and enable them to have best patient outcomes through their medicines, we look for candidates to have three (3) core capabilities :

- A track record of building and delivering quality content.

- Collaborative/matrix management skills with a focus on working with diverse groups (e.g., cultural, geographical, functional) to achieve excellent results.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complexity down to what matters to our stakeholders.

The Sr. Medical Information Manager is accountable for :

- Writing and reviewing MI material such as standard response documents (SRDs)- MI Standard responses (SRs), Q&As, custom response, external slide decks, etc to ensure they meet quality requirements - scientifically balanced and evidence-based adhere to topic/key messages, language and grammar are accurate, regulatory/safety/legal aspects are considered.

- Conduct in-depth research on medical and healthcare topics to gather accurate and up-to-date information.

- Interpret and synthesize scientific data, clinical trial results, and medical literature.

- Create written content that presents complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.

- Responsible for delivery of sophisticated and highly complex MI activities, including new standard response documents (SRDs) for priority/launch brands.

- Provide timely and quality responses to medical enquiries raised clients for established brands.

- Ensure adherence to critical metrics about timeliness and meet the minimum criteria in quality reviews conducted by client.

- Generation of reports on enquiry metrics and insights from countries and regions.

Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience

- Degree in scientific discipline or applicable health sciences field (eg, PharmD, PhD, MD, MDS)

- Significant Medical Information Experience is must (> 3 years)

- Demonstrated experience in creating medical content.

- Proven ability to analyze and interpret clinical trial and published data.

- Experience in medical writing and reviewing resources for medical accuracy and style.

- Ability to work in a complex, evolving, drug development environment; ability to work and build effective relationships across functions and geographies.

- Proficiency in using software tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint), reference management systems (Embase, reprints desk etc), inquiry platforms (MIC, etc), content management platforms (Veeva).
