Hospital: 750-Bed Multi-Specialty Hospital

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MD Medicine specialist to join our medical team at our 50-bed hospital in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

- Manage inpatient and outpatient services.

- Conduct regular ward rounds and patient consultations.

- Develop and implement treatment plans.

- Prescribe medications and monitor patients for side effects and interactions.

- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to aid in diagnosis.

Patient Care:

- Provide compassionate care to patients and their families.

- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.

- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain up-to-date medical records.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

- Participate in hospital management meetings and contribute to policy formulation.

- Engage in continuous medical education and training programs.

- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

- MD in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.

- Valid medical license to practice in India.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.

- Experience in managing a wide range of medical conditions and emergency situations.

Skills:

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
