Senior Research Biologist/Research Scientist - Pharma (2-8 yrs)
- To serve as a subject matter expert on ADME/DMPK/ LC/MS bioanalysis of new chemical and peptide entities and biomarkers at drug discovery level
- To provide leadership in planning/designing/organizing/executing LC/MS bioanalysis of different discovery ADME/DMPK/PD samples
- To analyse and compile data; to calculate required parameters, prepare report, interpret results and communicate results to client
- To interact with members of different domains and project team representatives to bridge gaps from the laboratory bench to result delivery
Basic Qualifications:
- M. Pharm./M. Sc./Ph.D. in pharmaceutical/chemical/biological science
- 4+ years hands-on experience with LC/MS bioanalysis of NCEs, NPEs and biomarkers in ADME/DMPK/PD samples at drug discovery level
- Practical knowledge of ADME/DMPK properties and interpretation of related data
- Critical thinking ability, LC/MS bioanalysis troubleshooting ability, good communication skills (oral and written)
- Hands-on experience with using MS-Excel and word, Power Point, Graph Pad Prism, Win NonLin software applications
