Job Description:
Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.

Assist in and perform surgical procedures under supervision.
Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings.
Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students.
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in ENT through continuous education.
