Job Description:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions.
Perform surgical procedures such as cataract extraction, glaucoma surgeries, and retinal procedures under supervision.
Manage outpatient and inpatient care for ophthalmology patients.
Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students.
Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
Engage in clinical research and contribute to academic publications.
Attend and present at departmental meetings, conferences, and seminars.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
