Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MS ENT Surgeon to join our medical team. The candidate should possess a strong foundation in otolaryngology and demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence and teaching. The role involves a balance of patient care, academic responsibilities, and collaborative work with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnosis and treatment of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders
- Perform ENT-related surgical procedures independently
- Attend OPD and IPD patients on a regular basis
- Participate in ward rounds and case discussions
- Guide and supervise junior residents and interns
- Participate in academic activities such as seminars, lectures, and clinical meetings
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the department
Eligibility Criteria:
- MS in ENT from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the Medical Council
- Prior teaching experience will be preferred for Assistant Professor designation
