- Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g Derma care)
- Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, paravets and handlers.
- Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for Pets.
- Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
- Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India.
- Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets.
- Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India.
- Manage operational levels - quality and serviceability of outlets.
- Audit reviews and adherences to protocols processes workflows in the city.

Experience requirement:
- 7+ years- experience in Veterinary practice
- 3+ years- experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
- Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.
- Experience in small animal practice 3+years
- Pet Parenting experience.
