Service Engineer - Medical In Vitro Diagnostic (5-8 yrs)
Required qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics/E&C/Instrumentation/Biomedical
Purpose of the Role: Responsible for service of in vitro diagnostic equipment for East region based at Kolkata
- Able to work independently to Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products at customer site
- Diagnose system failures and determines most cost effective solution
- Ready to travel as per requirement.
- Develop new customer service or product agreements
- Identifying and participating in service sales such as contracts, contract renewals and spare sales..
- Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
- Accurately document field service activities, including installation report and service work report, and timely submit.
- Maintaining service tools and calibration kits and asset movement.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues
- Worked on biochemistry, immunoassay, or hematology equipment.
