The Role: Mental Wellness Specialist
Key Responsibilities: The Mental Wellness Specialist will be responsible to support the program lead in strategizing, designing and implementing wellness programs.
This position will require the person to :
- Conduct market research and leverage internal data to draw meaningful insights to support in developing strategy.
- Confidently evaluate, present and implement the wellness programs at scale.
- Proactively monitor, measure and use data analytics to provide meaningful insights about the effectiveness of the programs.
- Identify potential program enhancements to increase utilization.
- Collaborate with internal functions/ teams and vendors to deliver the program.
- Create content for trainings and facilitate the sessions.
- Case management - manage critical / sensitive incidents related to mental wellbeing and provide counselling support to the people.
Skills Required:
Research skills.
- Leverage data analytics to gather insights.
- Ability to Collaborate and network across different functions and levels
- Excellent understanding of this subject and prior experience of 7-10 years with corporates / independent practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
- Ability to manage sensitive incidents/scenarios
Qualifications & Experience: Masters in Psychology with specialization in clinical/counseling psychology
