Sri Sri Tattva - Eye Doctor - BAMS/MS - Shalakya Tantra (1-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1) Conduct Shalakya Tantra Consultation (Pulse Diagnosis, Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat, Hair & Head Related Issues)
2) Handling Consultation, OPDs/IPDs/Admissions & Rounds
3) Managing Online & Tele Consultations
4) Ensuring Retention Of Patients And Follow Ups
5) Suggesting Treatments In Line With Patient's Treatments.
6) Supervise The Treatments Performed By The Therapists
7) Ensure Quality Of Consultations Provided To The Patients As Per The Defined SOPs.
8) Responsible For The Centre Performance In Terms Of Business/ Quality Consultations & Treatments
9) Should Be Part Of Training Activities Plus Be Involved In Preparation Of SOPs
10) Should Ensure That NABH Standards Are Followed
11) Any Other Responsibility Designated By The Reporting Manager
Key Skills:
- Must Have Good Experience In Diagnosing & Treating Eye Ailments & ENT
- Should Have Knowledge In Operating Ophthalmic & ENT Instruments
Minimum Qualification : BAMS /MS In Shalkyatantra (Eye)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any BAMS/MD With Similar Past Experience Can Apply For This Role.
- MS In Shalkya Tantra Will Be Preferred
- Experience : 1-7 Years/ Freshers After PG Can Also Apply
- Languages : Respective Regional Language, English, Hindi
