Sri Sri Tattva - Product Manager - Pharma & Ayurveda (10-20 yrs)
Position : Product Manager (Medicine)
Location : Sri Sri Tattva, Bangalore
Experience : 10 + years in Ayurveda Product Management
Qualification : MBA/ Graduate in Ayurveda/Pharma or related Business
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Build and Implement product strategies and formulations in line with Organizational objectives.
2. Creating Product Planning with specific road map
3. Prepare and review product requirements and product output/claims.
4. Developing Effective communication of Products with features and benefits.
5. Develop high quality structured medical information services for the product portfolio.
6. Development of training manual (Scientific Services) and Training program
7. Creation and development of VA / LBL's and Brand Dossier
8. Developing and creating direct contact with Key Opinion leaders
9. Planning and participation in seminars /events / Continuous medical education programs (CME) / Doctor's group meetings (DGM) / Cycle meeting
10. New product identification and innovation.
11. Protocol development for Clinical trials and conduct the same as per standards.
12. Monthly Scientific News Magazine as per season.
13. Online/Offline product Training program for sales teams and doctors.
14. Brand Planning / analysis of Brand Life cycle.
15. Coordination with SST Core Group of Doctors
16. Scientific brand promotion while considering the competitors activities.
17. Close coordination with R&D and other departments for effective time bound outputs
18. Provide input for Product suitable campaigns and output analysis.
