Staff Nurse - Healthcare - GNM (2-4 yrs)
Qualifications & Requirements for Nurses:
- GNM minimum of 2 years of experience post-completion of certification
- Provide nursing care, administer first aid, conduct health assessments, and manage medical supplies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and emergency medical support to employees in an industrial setting (factory, construction site, or plant).
- Administer first aid, conduct health assessments, and assist with medical emergencies.
- Monitor and treat injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions.
- Provide health and safety training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Manage medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are available and in proper condition.
- Conduct regular health checkups and screenings for employees, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with medical facilities and doctors for advanced care if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Male Nurse with a valid nursing license and experience in an industrial setting.
- At least 2 years of experience as a staff nurse in industrial, construction, or similar high-risk environments.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and OSHA regulations related to health and safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to handle industrial health concerns such as respiratory issues, injuries, and ergonomics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive health data.
