Staff Nurse - Hospital (1-8 yrs)
Role & responsibilities:
- To provide a high-quality nursing care to assigned patients in the hospital in accordance with nursing standards set forth in clinical practice manual.
- Responsible for overall planning of nursing care of patients and for assignment of patients to nurses working in the ward.
- Rendering direct nursing care to the ill patients & directly assisting the surgeons in major operations.
- Ensuring that total health needs of patients are met.
- Inform ward/ ICU /OT and shift patient after admission formalities. Remove all valuables and personal clothing and hand over to attendants with receiving signatures.
