OHC STAFF NURSE:
- Provide quality patient care under medical supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team on treatment plans
- Document observations and outcomes
- Provide direct medical care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and create care plans with physicians
- Provide first aid & emergency care to employees
- Handle workplace injuries & medical emergencies
- Maintain OPD, accident & medical records
- Support occupational health & safety compliance
- Conduct basic health checks & employee health monitoring
- Coordinate with HR, Safety & external doctors
Preferred candidate profile:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Ability to work in industrial environment
- Good communication & emergency handling skills
