State Technical Development Manager (2-6 yrs)
Compliance & Liasioning :
- Ensure 100% compliance, licensing according to local norms and regulations. Upkeep of all related documents
- Maintain relationship with local reguatory authorities
- LPL Representative and nominee for various local authorities and licenses
PA-Error Reduction & Audit:
- Identify root-cause of PA error. Plan and execute actions for its reduction
- Conduct Internal audits like PA error
- Preparing for various external audits of NABL etc.
Network Operations:
- Supervise CC technical readiness as laid out by local CMOs - Medical records declaration, BMW, help in licensing etc
- Assess the phelbotomy capability of the network staff
- Intensive travel to various locations
MIS:
- Maintain MIS for Local reguatory authorities
People Management:
- Train employees on PA Error reduction & phlebotomy skills
- Motivates, guide and manage the network staff and promote team work
We are looking for MBBS preferably with good laisoning experience
We are keen for the profiles, for the following states:
- UP - 3 positions (base locations could be Meerut, Lucknow, Varanasi)
- WB - 2 positions (Base location - Kolkata)
- Bihar - 1 position (Base location - Patna)
- MP - 1 position (Base location - Bhopal or Indore)
- CG - 1 (Base location - Raipur)
- Punjab - 1 (Base location - Panchkula)
