Medical Advisor - Diabetes Care & Oncology+Haematology
We are hiring Medical Advisors to join our client, with openings in Oncology and Diabetes Care.
These roles are strategic and scientific in nature, providing medical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and thought leader engagement across high-impact therapy areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to business units, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and medical information teams.
- Lead medical input into integrated brand plans; ensure compliance in reviewing promotional materials.
- Translate complex scientific data into actionable insights and strategies for marketing and sales teams.
- Deliver scientific training to internal stakeholders (sales, marketing) and support external education for physicians.
- Support local study programs and contribute as local medical expert in global clinical development activities.
- Respond to medical and scientific queries from physicians, regulators, and patients with credibility and transparency.
- Build strong relationships with thought leaders, medical societies, and associations; organize advisory boards, congresses, and symposia.
- Monitor competitor activities and support business units with strategic medical perspectives.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance obligations in patient support programs and external engagements.
Desired Skills:
- Medical Qualification: MBBS/MD from a recognized medical university.
- Experience: 3- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Medical Advisor (Oncology or Diabetes preferred; other therapy areas may be considered).
- Strong understanding of medical strategy, brand planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Clinical research and trial management experience with ability to engage with investigators and global teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the organization at scientific forums.
- Independent, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; open to travel as required.
