To managed the home healthcare operations of the region/area assigned. Responsible for the operations and P& L of the region assigned.

Key Accountability :

2 .Operational knows how of the visit booking,execution.issues and customer feedback

3 . Team management of the technician team rostering,leave management

Role Description (What is this role)

1 . To manage the team of technicians in the area. Responsible for there attendance management,rostering,area mapping,compensation management.

2 . To maintain record of all the visits carried out by each technician.

3 . To minimize the number of visits outsourced month on month.

4 . To reallocate resources and manage operations during leaves,absenteeism.

5 . To regularly visit the technicians in the area and maintain rapport and relation with the team.

6 . To track the stock requirements for all technician in the region and give indent to stock incharge for next process.

7 . To check visit allocation for the next day in the region and make necessary changes where required.

8 . To be updated at all time with any issues in visit execution across the region and proactively take action or escalate wherever necessary.

9 . To gather customer feedback for 30% of the visits carried out in the region through calling.

10 . Responsible for retention of the technician in the team.

11 . Responsible for training of any newly hired technician.

12 . Co-ordinate with the call center team and outsourced vendor.

13 . To audit visit technicians in the region 2 visit per technician per month.

14 . To handle any customer grievance and escalate and close the complaints.

15 . To meet monthly targets and increase the number of visits in the region.
