Duties and Responsibilities-

- Capable of handling a team size of minimum 50 caregivers.

- Brief the new joiners on procedures & services and also help them in understanding client administration.

- Screen patient enquiries, visit patients home to conduct medical assessment.

- During assessment check other aspects in terms of whether the residence of the patient is safe and conducive for our employee to stay and provide services as per our checklist.

- Handover caregiver to patient with complete case history about the patients while downloading work activities such as do's and don- ts.

- Introduce & familiarize the caregivers to patient and their family member and assess ability of caregiver to properly care and conduct procedures defined for client.

- Conduct supervisory or surprise visits in patients home to conduct audits of caregiver

- Regular checks to be made to ensure safety and security of our caregivers.

- Organize monthly engagement activities for Caregivers.

- Handle and support caregivers on their issues and grievances.

- Assist with client satisfaction surveys.

- Prepare patient invoices and collect payments on behalf of caregiver services provided.

- Reporting and Maintain MIS on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Assist with office operations as needed.

- Closely work with Finance team to reconcile on payments, collections, refunds and other monetary transitions.

- Maintain records and rosters for care givers attendance, and support the Payroll team with all relevant information on the same.

Skills and Competencies-

- Ability to clearly communicate with prospective and active caregivers via telephone, email, and in person.

- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills. Customer friendly in nature.

- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Good organizational skills and ability to properly prioritize and multi-task.

- Preferably GNM or B.Sc. or any Nursing background.
