Job Summary:

The Neurosurgeon will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with neurological disorders, injuries, and diseases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing complex neurosurgical procedures and a passion for patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, and nerves.

- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and minimally invasive techniques.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and recovery.

- Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency neurosurgical care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all treatments and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- MS (Master of Surgery) and MCh (Magister Chirurgiae) in Neurosurgery from a recognized medical institution.

- Valid medical license to practice in Uttar Pradesh.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in neurosurgery, with a proven track record of successful surgical outcomes.

- Proficiency in advanced neurosurgical techniques and technologies.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
