The Hospital Pharmacy is within the vertical of Hospital IPD of Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact. The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, e-diagnostics, and retail.

What will you do ?

-To ensure the availability of medicines/hospital formulary as per the approved list

- Ensuring adherence to the dispensing process and faster transaction time without compromising on the quality aspect

- Periodic removal of expired, near expiry, non-moving, damaged, or excess stock to keep store inventory as per guidelines

- Training & Development of the pharmacy staff members and helping them in resolving their HR or other issues

- Regularly interact with doctors, Hospital management team & medical representatives to build relationships to increase business prospects

- Ensuring patient service experience & managing escalations (if any

- Ensuring store cleanliness & hygiene

- Regularly interacts with the HO hospital services as well as the cross-functional team to ensure adherence to the compliance, management reporting timelines & availability of medicines

- Staff restoring & ensuring availability of registered pharmacists at all times

- To carry out mystery/cycle audits as per inventory guidelines

- Managing floor operations & maintaining load balance at all counters to minimize waiting time

- Ensuring store profitability

What we are looking for ?

- Good Communication Skills

- Min 5 to 10 Years of experience in Hospital IPD as Pharmacy In charge

- Knowledge on advance Excel/billing exp in a medicine store.

- Knowledge of chemotherapy or chemo drugs will be an additional advantage.

Knowledge of hospital IPD supply flow.

- Knowledge of the local language
