- Augmentation support to help manage an influx of patient questions related to COVID tests
Duration - 6 months, but expected to be longer than this
Timing for the call center operations - USA 9 AM to 9 PM EST
- They dont have to be specialist in any specific area. If they have experience in telehealth that will be good.
- It is only patient reporting symptoms.
- Screening will be done by CHC.
- They dont have to be specific State licensed just US RN certified.
- They can work remote from their home. And it will be the same for these resources. So no restriction on locations.
