Toothsi - Treatment Planning Professional/Orthodontist - MDS (3-15 yrs)
Note - It's a Full-time job
Shit Timing - 10 am - 7 pm
6 days working Rotational week off
Location - Andheri Mumbai
Responsibilities :
1. Designing treatment plans for a patient using treatment planning software
2. Reviewing treatment plans made by a team of planners
3. Consulting patients for aligners and explaining treatment plans and aligner process advantages etc to patients
4. Managing the entire patient cycle including timely consultation, monitoring and tracking of cases and ensuring smooth case completion.
5. Handle technical and general queries from the customers - post the sales process has been concluded, about Smile correction/ Smile straightening services.
Requirements :
1. Completed MDS in orthodontics
2. Preferably worked in an Aligner Company
3. Aligner certification preferable
4. A good understanding of aligner treatments and procedures as IPR and attachments
5. Managed a team of Orthodontists/Dentists for technical and managerial guidance
6. Good communication skills to explain and make the patients comfortable & instill trust
