Job Description :
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training sessions, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales expertise and stay updated with industry trends.
- Learn to operate and maintain dispensing instruments, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy.
- Assist senior members of the team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and building a sales & training pipeline.
- Interact with potential and existing customers (via virtual & physical modes) to understand their needs, address inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work towards achieving qualitative & quantitative objectives set by the company, ensuring consistent progress, and striving to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales and training strategies, share market feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and competitors, and gather insights to support sales & training strategies and decision-making.
