Triage Nurse - Hospital/Pharma (2-8 yrs)
Job Description
Roles and description :
- Triage nurses play a pivotal role in the emergency department. Triage is defined as prioritizing or sorting the patients for the care and treatment that is due to shortage of the necessary resources in the emergency department
- Triage nurses evaluate patients' vital signs and ask questions about their medical history, symptoms and reasons for visiting the emergency room.
- Based on the information they gather, triage nurses then make determinations about the urgency of a patient's need.
- Perform patient assessment
- Reassess patients who are waiting
- Initiate emergency treatment if necessary
- Manage and communicate with patients in waiting room
- Provide education to patients and families when necessary
- Sort patients into priority groups according to guidelines
- Transport patients to appropriate treatment areas
- Communicate status of patients to doctors and nurses
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
1. Age : 21-51 yrs.
2. Qualification : Candidate should be graduate/diploma holder in relevant field.
3. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
4. Good communication skills (mandatory)
5. Clients should have sufficient funds to sustain in country. Eg: Real Estate Property, Bank Balance Bank Deposits, FD, PPF.
- IELTS not mandatory in Hongkong
- Visa duration- 7 years
