Job Description :

- Supertails is the first-of-its-kind digital platform that supports the ever-increasing pet parent community by providing trustworthy veterinary care and a one-stop solution for pet food and supplies.

- We are differentiated by our unique proposition of a fully digital telehealth consultation service, which is made available with a team of highly experienced in-house veterinarians.

Your day will be all about :

- Examining pets to determine their healthcare needs and identifying specific problems and diagnostics for dogs, cats, and small animals over online consultations.

- Communicating with pet parents and educating them about the healthcare needs of their pets.

- Conducting online veterinary consultations for a diverse group of pet parents, some of whom might be in remote areas where vet clinics aren't easily accessible.

- Developing valuable, need-based content across nutrition and healthcare to help parents take care of their pets better.

- Following up with parents regularly to ensure the pet responds to and recovers with your prescribed treatment.

- Maintaining medical records and prescription charts of your patients.

We'd love for you to have :

- Good communication skills including fluency in the English language. Knowing a regional language will be a plus.

- The ability and patience to communicate medical advice effectively and simply, so that the pet as well as the parent gets the best possible support.

- BVSc or MVSc in a relevant topic of study.

- A sense of compassion and empathy towards animals as well as pet parents.

- Experience working in a clinical setting.

- The ability to work well in a team environment
