Detailed job description:
- Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g Derma care)
- Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, para-vets and handlers.
- Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
- Manage the Quality Standards and experience in the centres.
- Manage the various primary preventive predictive planned healthcare services at the center
- Manage operational levels - quality and serviceability of outlets.
- Audit review the processes and standards of outlet.

Experience requirement:
- 3+ years- experience in Veterinary practice
- 1+ years- experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
- Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare domain.
- Experience in small animal practice 1+years.
- Pet Parenting experience.
