Position: VP/Sr.VP - R&D - Formulation & Development
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: M.Pharma & Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrated expertise in Parenteral, Complex Injection, Topical, and Tablet formulations.
2. Proficiency in Technology Transfer, Scale-up Activities, and Product Development.
3. Experience in US and EU filing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in formulation processes.
