The Associate will be responsible for managing US physicians's documentation on an electronic platform. S/he would listen to the physician patient interaction and is expected to summarize the same in the electronic health record. This summarized note should reflect patient's problem and physician's plan around the same. The chart note generated by the scribe would be used by the physician as a reference document.
Job Responsibilities :
- Listen to and comprehend Physician Patient interaction
- Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details, etc.
- Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.
- Generate the chart note.

Salary 4.62 LPA Max
