Job Role: - Nursing care and procedures involved are:
- Nursing care at home with patient care nursing plan.
- Observation and assessment of patient's progress condition
- Daily vital signs assessment
- Administering medications as prescribed by physician and instruction on medications such as ( injection, IV infusions, inhalation, oral, rectal) by a registered nurse,
